Design for food donation
Overview
As part of the La Cucina Collaborative (The Collaborative Kitchen) project, we used design approaches to work with Caritas Reggiana, funded by EIT Food, to explore the way that food waste and food donation are framed and responded to in the Italian context. The subsequent publication included reflections on the use of data in policy and service design; the construction of public problems through the use of policy frames; and prototyping in social design processes.
